Feeding charge materials in multi-stage manufacturing processes makes high demands on vibratory machines. In some manufacturing processes and depending on the sector of industry it may be required to feed the material, such as blanks for forging, separately and correctly positioned to the heating furnace. This is achieved by way of singulation devices including automatic dosing machines and vibratory conveyors with buffer storage. CYRUS units are also highly demanded for balancing material streams in the steel industry, in recycling or in the timber sector. Equipped with solenoid drives and thyristor controls some of these systems are used as a hopper discharge with a controlled material stream or for precise dosing for weighing systems.
